The program’s primary objective is to foster knowledge transfer and promote capacity building in the healthcare sector. By pairing experienced Canadian medical doctors with their counterparts in developing countries, the program aims to enhance medical expertise, improve healthcare delivery, and contribute to the overall improvement of healthcare systems in the participating countries.
